Services Overview

3/0 Construction, SE is a General Contractor mainly dedicated to institutional and Commercial building construction including all the associated special trades. Most of which are executed with our people to provide a better quality control. Among these we can mention, site work including the earthwork, concrete work and mechanical and electrical work. In our owned shop facilities we fabricate structural and miscellaneous steelwork and woodwork only for our projects.

3/0 Construction, SE can be part of the owner’s team for the construction only, for a construction management or provide the complete team under a design build contract. For large contractors doing business in Puerto Rico or Caribbean Islands 3/0 Construction, SE is the perfect resource for subcontracting work.

 

3/0 Construction, SE has a bonding capacity of 25MM for a single contract and 50MM on aggregate contracts.
